We have opportunities for Home Lending Specialists to come on board in our Goulburn, Newcastle, Narellan, Surry Hills and Canberra branches. These crucial roles will see you working with other home lending specialists to support our Police and Border Force Family, assisting them with their home and personal lending requirements and other associated banking needs.

How you will support our Members
In these roles, you will be the face of Police Bank, working closely with our valued members and assisting them in finding the products in our range that best suit their needs. Utilising your previous home lending experience, your key responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:
- Engaging with our members both face-to-face and via phone or email platforms
- Managing the end-to-end home and personal loan application process
- Ensuring all members' needs are met proactively through identifying the suitability of our products and services
- Assisting with other branch members to meet the banking needs of our members as required
Your primary focus will be to actively interact with our loyal and prospective members, listen to their needs and provide value-driven lending advice to them.
What you won't need to borrow
Customer focussed, these roles require you to bring demonstrated home lending experience from a banking environment, either large or small. You will understand the need for policy and process while still being able to think outside the box to meet our member's needs. Tier 2 qualifications while an advantage but are not required to be held prior to joining Police Bank.
Results-focused, your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will allow you to assist our members by understanding their requirements and how Police Bank Products can meet these. With high attention to detail, your strong digital capabilities will ensure the accuracy of all information used for and supporting credit applications.
