Our New Relationships Manager
This newly created role is the perfect opportunity for an autonomous and self-motivated Relationships Manager with a passion for home lending and building relationships. You thrive best face-to-face, but you’re also highly competent over the phone and via email.
You will be a part of an award-winning team of specialists and your product knowledge goes above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome for your members. You're a high-performing Home Lender, or an established Relationships Manager with expertise in home lending - whatever your background, it is paramount you are proud of the Police Bank name.

These opportunities are based from home, with the opportunity to work from a local branch a couple of days each week.
Core Responsibilities
Your primary objective as Police Bank Relationships Manager is to proactively source, problem-solve, and laugh with Police Bank’s loyal and prospective clients. You will listen carefully to develop exciting value propositions in a pragmatic and insightful manner.
Collaborating with Assistant Relationship Managers and a Sales Lead (highly successful and nearly 20 years strong), you will report to the Sales Leader and Head of Relationships.
- Develop lending and analytical skills to ensure turn-around times for home loan applications are within a reasonable period, communicating with members in a timely and concise manner throughout the application process.
- Establish member relationships through analysis of needs and develop, present, and negotiate solutions. Increase competitiveness across the lending and banking industry.
- Ensure superior customer service to members in all dealing whilst improving policies, processes and procedures. Develop a healthy business relationship without creating a conflict of interest by being a subject matter expert and a great ear.
Whilst the Relationships Manager position is based from home with flexible conditions, you will be conducting at least 4 station visits each week where possible. Police Bank has various NSW branches you will interact with: Newcastle, Goulburn, Wollongong, Narellan, Surry Hills, and Canberra (ACT)
